How to work with me

I offer a free initial 20 minute consultation video call to go over the sessions available.

I require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to confirm all appointments. The balance will be due 24 hours before the appointment.

Payment is required via bank transfer.

The Edge Sessions

Single Session Initiation into Sacred Alchemy and Embodiment.

In The Edge Session, we meet on the threshold between the known and the becoming. Through conversation, guided embodiment and energetic alchemic bodywork, we listen to what your body and soul are asking for - and invite the truth to take form.

This is for you if:

you have done healing or standard therapy, but you're ready to explore deeper within the body

You're sensing a shift in your life and need clarity

You want to experience my work before committing to a longer mentorship

This session is 3-3.5 hours in person, with integration time at the end of the appointment and notes to be sent afterwards.

Investment is £300 - this is not a trial session, but an initiation to see if Mentorship is for you.

Reclamation Journey

1:1 Mentorship Container - 3 Months or 6 Months

A private 3 or 6 month journey of returning home to your body, your truth, and your creative source.

This is not coaching. It's an intimate field of transformation, a return to your soul essence. We will unravel the stories and threads that have shaped you and held you back, and bring your inner masculine and feminine energies in to balance.

With bodywork sessions, mentoring conversations and integration practices, each month we will dive deeper within to unbind the layers of your healing.

This is for you if you are ready to:

Reclaim your energy, body and boundaries as sacred.

Unravel old relational and ancestral patterns.

Feel safe in your feminine flow and grounded in your masculine strength.

Step into life, love, and leadership with clarity and devotion.

Each month, you'll receive:

1 x 3 hour Signature Bodywork session - a deep dive into the body's wisdom for release, recalibration, and reconnection.

1 x 75- minute Integration Session - in person or online (Zoom) - bringing clarity to the physical, emotional, and energetic patterns emerging in your life, with integration practices to anchor the transformation that's unfolding.

Ongoing mentoring and energetic support between sessions - This can include guidance, voice notes, book recommendations and practices to keep the momentum going.

3 Month Mentorship: £1650 in full (or £600 a month)

6 Month Membership: £2550 in full (or £475 a month)
